AOJ PHILIPPINES held the annual Christmas Party for local staff, since Christmas Day is one of the most important holidays in Philippines. Besides being a party, it's also about team building. The company's project locations are scattered across different regions on the Mindanao, to enhance communication within staff working in different sites, the project management teams gathered at the headquarter in CDO to attend the team building.

To engage the employees into interactive activities to have sense of fun and camaraderie, the game master organizing games such as Egg Catching, Paper Plate Relay, Pin Pan Pandemonium, Amateur Frisbee, ending in a joyful atmosphere, the party promote the value of teamwork and cooperation among all employees.
