The Tobacco Industrial Park project (hereinafter referred to as The Project) in Malaysia is developing by CAPACITY GLOBAL BIOTECH(M) SDN. BHD. aims to form a comprehensive large-scale organic tobacco production and processing base integrating organic tobacco planting, tobacco processing and cigarette production. The owner has obtained full support and licenses from the local government as well as the National Kenaf and Tobacco Board (NKTB). 

The Total Investment of the project is USD737Million, including 2 phases, USD280Million for Phase 1 and 457 Million for Phase II. Phase 1 is Threshing and Re-drying Plant for producing Re-dried flue-cured tobacco with capacity of 9000KG/H (45000 ton/year), located in Kedah Science & Technology Park; Phase 2 is Cigarette Production Plant for manufacturing Cigarettes with capacity of 6000kg/h (500,000 big box/year), located in Sabah Tuaran Region.
