Compile and submit bidding documents in accordance with the instructions to the bidders. The international bidding documents provides essential conditions for review and selection of partners in a bidding, and plays an important role in the qualification and winning of bids for bidders.

Project consultancy: including project investment opportunity research, investment and financing planning, project proposal (Pre-feasibility study), project feasibility study, project application report, fund application report preparation, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project consulting, etc.;

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (PMC)

PMC services include project management on account of the Owner, Main Contractor, Design Institute and Construction Contractor. 

The project management consultancy to the owner involves whole periods of the project, including all aspects of project decision-making and implementation stages, starting from the preparation of project proposals, through feasibility studies, design and construction, to project completion acceptance and commissioning. 

The project management consultancy to the main contractor is a comprehensive management that runs through the entire process of project implementation, including the design, construction, installation and commissioning of the project.

The project management towards to a design institute is the management of design works in accordance with the objectives and responsibilities specified in the design contract.

The project management of the Construction Contractor refers to construction management, which mainly including organizing project management based on the scope of work determined in the construction contract.
