The containerized microgrid seawater desalination system is a small wind power water integrated complete set of equipment developed and marketed based on the design and operation experience of a 10000 ton non grid connected seawater desalination project. The entire system is composed of renewable energy input system, energy storage system, microgrid control system, seawater desalination system, and other components. The system can operate in an isolated grid and does not rely on the grid. It directly uses clean energy such as wind and solar energy to generate high-quality domestic and drinking water, and provides stable power supply. The system has the advantages of being transportable as a whole, fast assembly, and no need for on-site debugging, Suitable for providing domestic water and electricity supply to inland, coastal areas, and remote island areas where freshwater resources are scarce and grid power is not covered. Currently, we have launched a series of containerized container products with daily output of 50 tons, 100 tons, 500 tons, and 1000 tons, meeting the needs of domestic and foreign markets.
1) Container product composition: The containerized microgrid seawater desalination system consists of renewable energy input systems (wind turbines, photovoltaic power generation systems, etc.), energy storage systems (PCS+energy storage batteries), microgrid control systems, seawater desalination systems, and other components. Renewable energy input systems include wind turbines, photovoltaic power generation systems, solar thermal power generation systems, etc., which can be selected according to customer needs.

3) The seawater desalination system uses primary and secondary reverse osmosis to desalinate seawater, achieving the quality of drinking water; On this basis, three-level reverse osmosis can be used to further remove ions from the water and obtain bottled purified drinking water. Concentrated brine, filter backwash water, and filter backwash water are collected and collectively discharged into the nearby sea area; Conduct sludge dewatering treatment on the sludge discharged from the pre sedimentation tank and clarification tank; Chemical cleaning wastewater is neutralized for harmless treatment, and after reaching the standard, it is discharged into the municipal sewage pipeline.
